  The design engineers analyze in detail the various inputs received from the clients, as well as the live site conditions and undertake design of the fire alarm and fire protection system infrastructure to meet the client's requirements. The design department has dedicated CAD stations and suppression system design stations with technically skilled draughtsman's converting the design engineering into drawings

  The qualified quantity surveyors in this department are responsible for carrying out detailed project costing and value engineering with a view to achieve the design objectives in the most cost effective manner..

  The execution of projects is undertaken by the close supervision of experienced project engineers and supervisory staff of concerned disciplines. These qualified engineers also undertake the testing, commissioning and maintenance of the Fire Protection & Suppressions system.

Required quality standards are accomplished through quality circles where the design staff and the staff at the site interact as frequently as is necessary to provide solutions to outstanding issues in a structured fashion. The staffs are trained up-to-date with the HSE norms of different authorities in Oman.   This department provides the logistic support to the Projects division. The officers of this department coordinate and provide support in the following areas:

  • Monitor material consumption, material procurement and inventory control which are updated on the centralized software on real time basis.
  • Controlling movement of men and material to the sites.
  • Delivery at site and follow up documentation.

  The Division has a full-fledged service set-up comprising of well-trained engineers and technicians and two well equipped workshops (Muscat & Salalah) with good maintenance & support service facilities.
