The contracts for Installation of the largest Fire Detection System in the Middle East is awarded to Electroman LLC Oman, The system comprises of 82 digital addressable networked nodes and 2 graphic command centers, more than 80,000 meters of cabling, which makes it the largest fire alarm system ever installed in the Middle East and the second largest system in the world.

The system is being installed with Tyco MX digital addressable system in the royal facilities at Salalah, Sultanate of Oman.

The system is designed with the state of the art digital addressable system to get the maximum flexibility,90% of the royal estates are now protected with fire systems installed by Electroman.

The design team in Electroman is now full fledged to provide solutions for any complex fire protection situations, thanks to Tyco UK & Kidde UK for their extended support to cater to the fire protection needs in Oman.

Electroman is also doing the largest data centre protection for Knowledge Oasis Muscat, which is around 3500 square metre. The infrastructure is protected with KIDDE FM200 Suppression System, the system is designed in a very special architecture to get the fire and gas discharge signals through an SNMP back bone network to HP Open View monitor software. This architecture is implemented for the first time in Oman.
