Workshop
Electroman has a large, spacious, equipped workshop with Telecommunication, Electronic, Radio and Mechanical Engineers-Technicians who have received specialised training from the Manufacturers whose equipment Electroman Supply and Support.
Electroman is the only accredited service agent for Codan radios in the whole of the Middle East and are proud of the fact that in 18 years as service agents, have never had to send a Codan radio out of country for repair. We are also approved and exclusive service agents for De La Rue Cash Systems, Tait Radio and Thorn Security Fire Alarm Systems.
In addition to the workshop team, we have field service Engineers/Technicians, supplying 24/7 service and maintenance cover at Customer locations throughout the Sultanate of Oman. Electroman is one of only a few companies who offer this service. Our Technical expertise has led to many requests to repair and maintain systems not originally supplied by us.
Electroman offer annual maintenance contracts to existing Customers at reduced rates providing preventative maintenance visits as well as emergency call out facilities. These can be tailored to meet individual Customer requirements.
